Here is a list of common questions that patients have, that we took the time to answer for you before hand.

No, you do not need a doctor’s referral in order to be assessed or treated by a registered Physiotherapist. Some insurance companies may require a doctor’s referral in order for your claim to be reimbursed. We suggest contacting your insurance company prior to your appointment for clarification.

We are a private physiotherapy clinic and therefore treatment is not covered by OHIP. Should you wish to receive treatment covered by OHIP, please refer to the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario website for a list of approved OHIP-funded clinics near you.

No. We do not accept patients involved with MVA claims.

No. We do not accept patients involved with WSIB claims.

We accept Mastercard/Visa, Debit, along with cash, cheque or e-transfer. With COVID-19, we recommend contactless payment (Credit/Debit/e-transfer) where possible in order to limit contact, but respect that not everyone is set up to do so.

As per our cancellation policy, should you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we require 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel or change your session within 24 hours, we will process a cancellation fee equal to the value of your session.

Please ensure you arrive promptly for your appointment start time. Please notify us if you will be late. Unfortunately, as we have appointments scheduled after yours, we will only be able to provide the remainder of your appointment time so as to not impact the next patients appointment time. Conversely, there are appointments scheduled before/after yours, so we ask that you be respectful to other patients appointment times and not arrive too early as well.
What to bring for your appointment
If you have a referral or any medical imaging/test results.
Comfortable & loose fitting clothing that you can move around in without restriction.
SHORTS if it’s for a lower body injury or a T-SHIRT/TANK TOP if its an upper body injury.If you are a runner, any of your current shoes used when training.
